摘　　要：目的探讨平阳霉素瘤体内注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效。方法收集1990年12月至2004年12月用平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤201例。结果随访6个月至2年,治愈率80.2%、总有效率96.5%。结论平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤疗效高,是一种简便、安全的有效方法。Objective The effect of pingyangmycin in treatment of cavernous hemangioma in the oromaxillofacial region is evaluated. Methods The medical records of 201 patients with cavernous hemangioma in the oromaxillo-facial region between December 1990 and December 2004 were reviewed. Pingyangmycin was injected into the cavity of the hemangioma. Results These patients were followed for 6 months-3 years. The cured rate was 80.15%,The effectivity was 95.21%. Conclusions This method may be a safe, simple and effective therapy to the cavernous bemangioma in the oromaxillo-facial regions.
