小切口白内障摘除手术在海南省“视觉第一中国行动”实施中的作用

摘　　要：目的探索在“视觉第一中国行动”活动中优质、高效,经济的白内障复明手术方法。方法在二期“视觉第一中国行动’赴海南省医疗队中,对465例白内障实施小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术并观察其疗效。结果平均每台手术15分钟左右,除16例高度近视外,植入人工晶体449例(96.56%),术后第一天视力≥0.05者461例(脱盲率99.14%),≥0.3者370例(脱残率79.57%),≥0.5者194例(41.72%)。结论小切口白内障摘除手术时间短,疗效好、并发症少,费用低,是值得贫困地区白内障复明活动中首选的技术。Objective To study the quality, efficient, economical method in the cataract surgery of ＂Vision first China action＂, Methods Study the effects of 465 eases of cataract that surgery by non-phaeoemulsifieation small incision ECCE during the second cession of the ＂Vision first China action＂ in Hainan, Results The average time of Surgery is 15 minutes, All 449 cases （96.56%） implant IOL except 16 eases who suffer high myopia, First day after operation, visual acuity ≥0.05 is 461 eases（99. 14%）, ≥0.3 is 370 eases （79.57%）,≥ 0.5 is 194 cases （41.72%）. Couclusions Small incision cataract extraction has operate quick, efficiency, few complications and economical, It is the most beneficial method for the cataract patients in the poverty areas.
