摘　　要：设计一种基于80C552单片机的智能电动执行器,采用位置+速度双闭环控制方式,以位置增量为自变量,建立速度给定的位置环模型和模糊参数自整定PID的速度环模型。实验表明,此执行器可以完成变速调节,实现阀门快速准确定位和柔性关断。The paper designs a kind of intelligent electric actuator based on 80C552 single-chip processor, it applies the control method of the position and velocity double closed loop to establish the position loop model with given velocity and velocity of loop model with the fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID based on the increment of position serving as the independent variable. The test shows that the actuator could carry out the quick and accurate orientation and the flexible shut as it could regulates the velocity.
