摘　　要：采用Fmoc固相肽合成法合成胸腺体液因子THF-γ2。通过逐步检测确定了手工合成的反应时间,从多肽C端到N端依次为60、120、30、60、45、90和60min。以正交试验优化了仪器合成条件,最佳条件下产物的收率为95.8%,纯度为84%。Thymus humoral factor （THF-γ2） was synthesized by Fmoc-solid phase peptide synthesis method. Every coupling time was determined by manual operation and the coupling times from C-terminal to N-terminal of THF-γ2 were 60, 120, 30, 60, 45, 90, and 60min, respectively. The peptide synthesis conditions in an automatic instrument were investigated by orthogonal test and the total yield was 95.8 % with the purity of 84 % by HPLC.
