摘  要:目的规范助理护士的临床使用和管理。方法对助理护士进行岗前培训、岗位督导、定期考核以及落实一系列管理制度。结果病人及其家属对医院、工作人员的满意度明显提高(P<0.01),工作误差明显减少。结论使用助理护士有利于激发护理人员的积极性,提高护理工作质量,为护理人员的选拔提供了人力资源储备。Objective To standardize the employment and management of assistant - nurse in clinical practice. Methods A series of management system were established and implemented for assistant - nurses,including pre -post training,supervision on post and regular assessment. Result This practice raised the satisfaction of patients and their relatives,improved the satisfaction of nursing staff(P 〈 0.01 ) ,and reduced nursing errors. Conclusion The employment of assistant - nurse was beneficial to mobilize nursing staff's positivity and improve the quality of nursing,which provided human resource storage for the selection of nurses.
