摘 要:对由一个配送中心和多个零售点组成的区域性库存配送系统进行分析和研究,在各零售点之间需求不具有相关性、且均采用周期性库存监控策略的前提条件下,给出如下两种情况库存配送系统总期望成本的计算公式:1)当系统中某一零售点出现缺货时,其它零售点不对其进行库存横向转载;2)当出现缺货时,各零售点之间实施库存横向转载策略。并进一步对横向转载策略进行详细说明。最后,针对具体实例、借助于启发式算法分别计算出两种情况系统的总期望成本,通过对比确定在给定条件下横向转载策略的量化价值,从而为企业在库存配送系统中实施横向转载策略提供理论依据。It analyzes the systems of regional inventory distribution with one central warehouse and multiple retail outlets, under the assumption that there is an independent demand between retailers and they all carry out the strategy of periodical inventory review. It deduces the formulas of total expected cost in system of inventory distribution in two following situations: a, the retailers can not carry out the strategy of lateral transshipment when there is a shortage in the system; b. the retailers carry out the strategy of lateral transshipment when the shortage appears in the system. Furtherly, it presents the strategy about lateral transshipment. At last, with the example it calculates independently the total expected cost in two situations referred above in virtue of heuristic algorithm, and gets the quantity value of lateral transshipment strategy in the given condition. So it provides a powerful evidence for industries to carry out the strategy of lateral transshipment when necessary.
