摘　　要：果戈理是19世纪俄罗斯的著名作家,他一生之中创作出了各种风格的作品。19世纪30年代,果戈理发表了一系列以彼得堡为背景的小说,反映了当时社会生活的各个方面,《涅瓦大街》就是其中的一部。笔者用弗洛伊德的精神分析法来分析《涅瓦大街》,这对我们理解《涅瓦大街》中主人公悲剧命运的成因具有一定的启示作用。Nikolai Gogol was a weU-known Russian novelist in the 19th century. His works are highly diversified in style. In the 1930s, Gogol published a series of novels with Petersburg as the backgrotmd and depicted every sector of the social life at the time. Adopting Freud＇s psychoanalytical approach to the novel Nevsky Street, this paper is intended to explore the causes of the tragic fall of the protagonist.
