摘　　要：目的：回顾性分析我院2003～2005年度56名护士执业资格考试未通过者的原因，为制定管理对策，提高考试通过率提供依据。方法对考试未通过者，及时从护士和护士长两方面同时进行非结构访谈，了解考试未通过的主要原因。结果护士复习和应试方法存在偏差，工学矛盾的影响。护士长重视程度不够，以及护士对考试政策理解不明确是影响考试通过率的主要原因。结论加强政策宣传，提高认识水平；缓解工学矛盾，为护士创造学习环境；教会护士复习和应试技巧；完善规章制度。加大管理力度等措施有利于提高考试通过率。Objective To analyze the reason of failure in fifty six nurse＇s qualification exam from 2003 to 2005, and to constitute effectively administrative measures to help them pass the exam. Methods To understand the main reason of failure in qualification exam by non-standard interviewing with the nurses and their head nurse. Results There are many factors that lead to fail in qualification exam, but the most reasons are including incorrect ways of review, unreasonable plan between work and study, head nurse pay little attention to the qualification exam, and lack of comprehension about the exam. Conclusions Strengthen education about exam policy, improve understanding to the exam, relieve pressure of work and learning, create favorable environment of learning. In addition, we should teach them how to review and examine, improve rules and system and management level, which are help to increase the rates of passing the qualification exam.
