摘 要:以上海磁悬浮列车的长定子直线同步驱动电机为研究对象,在电枢电流为正弦的条件下,对采用定、动子极距不等的方法来降低推力的脉动的机理进行分析,导出了由于齿槽效应产生脉动推力和选取动子极距的计算公式,指出了该方法的适用对象。其结论对该类电机的设计具有指导作用。Shanghai magnetic suspension train uses the technology introduced trom Germany. The train's drawing and suspending forces come from long stator linear synchromotors. Due to the requirements of smooth operation and low noise, their thrust pulsation must be smaller. To this end, the motors adopt a way to reduce the thrust pulsation through the inequality of stator's and rotor's pole pitch and gain a good effect. The aim of this paper is to research long stator linear synchromotor of Shanghai magnetic suspension train. This paper puts forward a new way to reduce the thrust pulsation through the inequality of stator's and rotor's pole pitch on condition that armature current is sine. It has analyzed the mechanism of the method to reduce thrust pulsation and deduced calculation formulas of choosing pole pitch and pulsation thrust generated by slot effect. It has also pointed out suitable objects of this method.
