早期肠内营养在全胃切除术后的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨早期肠内营养对全胃切除手术患者术后恢复以及住院费用的影响。方法对2001年3月至2006年3月收治的44例全胃切除患者进行回顾分析：观察早期肠内营养、肠外营养患者的手术后并发症、肛门排气、排便时间及住院费用。结果两组手术并发症无明显差别,早期肠内营养组患者的肛门排气、排便时间明显早于肠外营养组,住院费用少于肠外营养组,两组间差异有统计学意义。结论在全胃切除术中早期肠内营养,肠内营养支持不但能对术后康复起到有效促进作用,且较肠外营养更为方便、安全、经济。Objective To explore the influence of recovery after operation and cost of hospitalization by using early filling of intestinal nutrition to patients with total gastrectomy. Methods Clinical datas from 44 patients with total gastrectomy who were put in patient-department from March 2001 to March 2006 were retrospectively analyzed,operative complications,time of exhaust and defecation of anus and cost of nutrition and hospitalization were observed about all 44 patients who were given early filling of intestinal nutrition or parenteral nutrition. Results There was no significant difference in operative complications between the two groups, but the time of exhaust and defecation of anus about patients who were given early filling of intestinal nutrition was earlier than parenteral nutrition,and cost of hospitalization was less. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion By using early filling of intestinal nutrition to patients with total gastrectomy. It can not only improve the post-operative recovery but also be safe economic and effective.
