摘　　要：以供应链企业合作创新后价值增加的不同解释为理论依据,通过上市的供应链企业价值实证分析,论证供应链企业合作创新后价值增加的事实。According to the different interpretation of the added value after SC enterprise cooperative innovation and analyzing positively the SC enterprise value in stock, the paper proves the facts that the value is added after SC enterprise cooperative innovation.
