浅析体育教育与体育教师的素质

摘　　要：体育教师的素质作为教育资源是体育教育改革和发展的基本保证,其素质的高低将直接影响到体育教学的质量.全面提高体育教师的素质是形势发展的需要,是搞好体育教学的关键.通过对安徽省安庆地区中小学体育教师素质现状的分析,提出了新时期体育教师应具备的素质要求,为我国体育教育的改革和发展提供参考.P.E. quality as a resource of education is the basic guarantee of P.E. reform and development, the quality of P.E. teachers will affect to. educational quality. To improve the quality of P.E. teachers, it is the need of situation development and is the key of doing well in P.E.. In the paper, through the analysis on the present situation that P.E. teachers＇ quality in middle school and primary school of the Anqing Prefecture of Anhui Province, the author suggests the request of quality that P.E. teachers must have in new period. It is a reference for the reform and development of P. E. in our China.
