小麦胚乳贮藏蛋白多克隆抗体间接酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)的建立

摘　　要：通过对比试验研究了蛋白提取液、提取时间、还原剂DTT、封闭液、包被物与抗体浓度等对小麦胚乳贮藏蛋白多克隆抗体的影响,建立了适宜于小麦胚乳醇溶蛋白(G liad in)和低分子量谷蛋白亚基(Low molecu lar we ight glute-n in subun it,LMW-GS)多克隆抗体的间接酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)。Studies about the effect of protein extractant, extraction time, DTT, blocking solution, and dilutions of coating protein and polyclonal antibodies on the polyclonal antibodies against wheat storage proteins in endosperm cells by contrasting experiment had been done, and the suitable ELISA to the polyclonal antibody against wheat gliadin and Low Molecular Weight Glutenin Subunit in endosperm cells was set up.
