根管测量仪测量老年人根尖周炎磨牙根管工作长度的准确性

摘　　要：目的研究根管测量仪确定老年人根尖周炎磨牙根管工作长度的准确性。方法临床磨牙需做根管治疗的老年病人492例共1 411个根管,其中有根尖病变者528个,无根尖病变者883个。用Root Zx测量其长度后,插入诊断丝拍X线片,验证其准确性。结果有根尖病变组根管测量准确率为85.42%,无根尖病变组为97.85%,两组比较,差异有显著性(χ2=80.50,P<0.01)。结论根管测量仪不能作为确定老年人有根尖病变根管工作长度的最终手段。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of working length determination by TRI AUTO Zx root canal apex locator in the aged with periapical periodontitis molars. Methods This study consisted of 492 senior patients with 1 411 root canals needed to be treated. Of whom, 528 root canals were with lesion of the root tip, 883 without. The working length of the root canals was measured by using AUTO Zx root canal apex locator and the accuracy of the measurement was evaluated by X-ray. Results The accuracy of the measurement was 85.42% for those with lesion on root tip and 97. 85% for those without, the difference between them was significant （x^2 =80. 50,P〈0.01）. Conclusion TRI AUTO Zx root canal apex locator is not a reliable tool for detection of the working length of root canal in the aged with lesion on root tip.
