PⅢNP及CA15-3对乳癌诊断的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PⅢNP)及CA15-3对乳癌诊断的价值。方法以接受手术治疗的58例女性乳癌病人为研究对象。正常对照组为29例女性健康查体者。采用放射免疫法检测正常对照及乳癌病人术前血清PⅢNP及CA15-3水平。结果各期乳癌病人血清PⅢNP水平较正常对照组明显升高,且随TNM分期期次升高,PⅢNP水平逐渐升高。与CA15-3联检可提高检测的灵敏度,而特异度未降低。结论PⅢNP与乳癌分期密切相关,PⅢNP可作为乳癌诊断的重要参考指标。PⅢNP与CA15-3联检,可提高乳癌诊断的灵敏度,而特异度未降低。Objective To assess the value of serum Type Ⅲ procollagen （PⅢ NP） and CA15-3 in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A total of 58 breast cancer patients who had been operated on were investigated. Twenty-nine healthy women served as controls. The serum PⅢ NP and CA15-3 in the preoperative patients and the controls was measured by radioimmunoassay （RIA）. Results The PⅢ NP levels elevated in various stages of the disease, and increased with advance of the stage. Combination use of PⅢ NP and CA15-3 improved the diagnostic sensitivity,but the specificity was not reduced. Conclusion Serum PⅢ NP is closely related to tumor staging, which may be used as an important reference index for the diagnosis of breast cancer. Combination of PⅢ NP and CA15-3 improves the sensitivity for diagnosis of the disease but its specificity is not decreased.
