食管贲门癌术后胃排空障碍的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨食管、贲门癌术后胃排空障碍的治疗效果。方法对机械性胃排空障碍病人早期行手术探查,而功能性胃排空障碍则采取各种保守治疗。结果机械性胃排空障碍治愈11例,死亡1例;功能性胃排空障碍治愈16例,死亡2例。结论对不同原因引发的胃排空障碍应采取不同措施治疗。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of delayed gastric emptying after surgery of esophageal and cardial carcinoma. Methods Early surgical exploration was done for mechanically delayed gastric emptying, while conservative treatments for functional cause. Results In patients with mechanically delayed gastric emptying, 11 were cured and one died; those with functionally delayed gastric emptying, 17 were cured, and one died. Conclusion Different measures should he adopted for delayed gastric emptying caused by varied reasons.
