摘　　要：通过问卷调查了河北省中小学教学中现代化设备的配备、教师的信息技术素养及能力现状,分析了影响中小学教育现代化进程的因素,提出对在校师范生信息技术能力培养及在岗教师有效培训的建议。By means of questionnaires, the authors investigated the distribution of modem teaching equipments as well as the present situation of information quality and ability of teachers, analyzed the factors which affect the advancement of education modernization of primary and middle schools, and finally raised some suggestion on how to cultivate the information quality of students of teachers college and how to effectively train in-job teachers.
