摘　　要：本文通过介绍了开放存取的三种主要类型及相应资源分布,帮助科研人员了解目前世界范围内开放存取的现状及发展势态,同时为科研人员提供了获取开放存取资源的有效途径。并结合中国的实际情况,提出了在中国推动开放存取运动,促进开放存取发展的相关建议。This article introduces the typical types of OA and the OA resources all over the world, in order to make researchers know the current situation and development of OA, provides the way to obtain OA resources. At last, according the actual situation in China, the paper gives some proposals of promoting and developing OA in China.
