摘　　要：本文根据硕士研究生入学面试的要求,建立了一套硕士研究生入学面试评价指标体系,给出了各评价指标的权重系数,并提出了应用模糊综合评价方法与加法合成法相结合进行硕士研究生入学面试评分的方法。This paper builds an evaluation index system for postgraduate recruitment interview.It uses theAHP method to determine the indexes weight.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the additivecomposite method are given to calculate the result of the interview.
