摘　　要：根据积分概念,及函数在E上L可积的充要条件是其在E上绝对可积和函数在[a,+∞)上可积的充要条件是其在[a,+∞)上广义R绝对可积,本文给出有有限多个奇点的函数在[a,b]上L可积的一个新的充要条件。According to integral concept and the thnction L may accumulate on E necessary and sufficient condition is that it may accumulate absolutely on E,The function may accumulate in on [a,＋∞）Lnecessary and sufficient condition is it may accumulate absolutely in on [a,＋∞） generalized R, this paper has many limited singular points function in which to be possible to accumulate on [a,b] L a new necessary and sufficient condition.
