摘　　要：视听资料是我国民事诉讼证据中一种独立的证据种类,它对于民事案件的审判具有其他证据无法替代的优越性,但又存在着易被伪造、篡改的缺陷。视听资料的取得必须合法,合法收集到的视听资料要与案件有关联性,对视听资料的使用要严格依法审查后,才能作为定案的依据。Audiovisual reference material is an independence kind of evidence in china. It plays an important role in the trial of the civil cases in our country, and cannot be instead by the other evidence. However, it is too easy to be forged and distorted. The procedure to get the audiovisual should be legal. Before being used as the evidence, the audiovisual reference material must be reviewed strictly by the legal procedure.
