抑癌基因蛋白P33/ING1和survivin在宫颈癌中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨P33/ING1和survivin蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及其与宫颈癌病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测P33/ING1和survivin蛋白在62例宫颈癌和19例正常宫颈组织的表达。结果P33/ING1蛋白在正常宫颈组织中呈高表达,在宫颈癌中呈低表达;survivin蛋白在正常宫颈组织中呈低表达,在宫颈癌中呈高表达;P33/ING1和survivin表达呈显著负相关性(P<0.01),并与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期相关(P<0.05)。结论P33/ING1在宫颈癌中表达降低,而survivin表达增加,这可能是宫颈癌发生、生长和浸润转移的重要因素。Objective To investigate the expressions of P33/ING1 and servivin in cervical cancer and analyze the relation between the expressions of P33/ING1, servivin and pathologic characteristics. Methods Immunohistocbemical assay was used to detect the expressions of P33/ING1 and servivin in 62 cases with cervical cancer and 19 cases with normal cervix. Results The expressions of P33/ING1 were high in normal cervix and decreased in cervical cancer. The expression of survivin was low in normal cervix and decreased in cervical cancer. The expressions of P33/ING1 were closely related to survivin （ P 〈 0.01, r = - 0.523） and were significantly related to the clinical stage, the metastases of lymph node and the differentiation degrees of cervical cancer（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The expressions of P33/ING1 were decreased and survivin increased in cervical carcinoma, which may be an important factor to induce the oncogenesis and development, invasion and metastases of cervical cancer.
