摘 要:综合性实验设计是目前高校实验教学改革的一个重要方向,可以全面地培养学生综合分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高学生的综合实验素质。本文通过综合性实验的设计,从实验内容的基础性、综合性与应用性,实验条件的安全性,实验经费的节约性,课时安排的合理性等多方面,对我校化学课中新增设的“离子交换法测定输血用枸橼酸钠注射液的浓度”这一综合性实验的设计理念进行了探讨,目的是为今后的实验教学改革提供参考。The design of synthesized experiment is an important direction of experimental teaching reform in universities at present. It may comprehensively strengthen students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and improve student's synthetic experiment quality. Based on the design of synthesized experiment of "determining content of sodium citrate injecting liquid used at blood transfusion by ion exchange technique" newly build by our university. This paper, which discusses the design idea of synthesized experiment from the foundation of experimental content, the synthesis and the application, the experimental condition security, the experimental funds economy, the rationality of class time arrangement and so on, will provide reference for the next experiment teaching reform.
