摘  要:目的探讨适合 Oddi 括约肌(sphincter of Oddi.SO)肌电测量的新方法。方法两组各15只家兔分别用黏膜接触电极(contact electrode on mucosa.CEM)和浆膜钩状电极(chorion clawelectrode,CCE)测量 SO 肌电活动:另外6只家兔同时使用两种电极同步测量。结果 CEM 测量 SO肌电成功率高,创伤小,而且记录到的家兔 SO 肌电波形和 CCE 相比没有明显的差别。结论CEM 是一种很有价值的测量 SO 肌电活动的新方法,将来可能用于人体 SO 功能的研究,为人体内镜诊断 SO 功能提供了一个新方法。Objective To explore a new method of electrophysiological measurement for Oddi's sphincter function. Methods Thirty adult rabbits were divided into 2 groups with 15 in each. The electric activity of Oddi's sphincter was recorded by the contact electrode on mucosa (CEM) in group A and that by the chorion claw electrode (CCE) in group B. In another 6 rabbits, myoelectric activity was simultaneously recorded by the 2 methods (group C). Results The rate of success of electro physiological measurement in rabbits could be increased by using CEM. Meanwhile, the electric activity of Oddi' s sphincter recorded by CEM was similar to that recorded by CCE. Conclusions CEM seems to be a valuable technique for determination of Oddi's sphincter function and can be used as a new method for endoscopic determination of Oddi's sphincter function in human being.
