摘　　要：闲暇生活由于具有自由与自为的特性而更能体现人的德性及其对德性精神的理解。工业化社会追求效率的原则驱逐了生活中的闲暇,也放逐了闲暇道德。现代德育也以注重工作及制度化生活的引导与规约为主要议题,因而导致了人的制度化生活与闲暇生活以及人的德性发展的不和谐状态。从和谐德性与人性发展的角度来讲,德育改革应该关注闲暇德性。Leisure, for its features of freedom and autonomy, embodies more in morality ana me unuerstanding of moral spirit. The efficiency rule in industrialized society drives out leisure and leisure morality. Modern moral education concentrates more on work and institutionalized life, which leads to the disharmony between institutionalized life, leisure and morality development. From the angle of harmonious development of morality and human nature, we should pay attention to leisure life and its morality in reforms moral education.
