摘　　要：以TL-615D改性丙烯酸乳液为主要成膜物,通过加入多种稳定的颜填料和筛选各种助剂,合理选择工艺,研制出性价比较高的苯丙系列建筑外墙涂料。讨论了乳液、增稠剂和成膜助剂等的用量对涂料性能的影响。该涂料与其他同类涂料相比,具有突出的耐洗刷性、耐水性、耐碱性和耐候性。Styrene- acrylate architectural coatings for exterior wall with better performance and lower price are developed by rational process with TL- 615D modified acrylate emulsion as main film- forming agent, many kinds of stable fillers and pigments, additives and et al. The influence of the amount of emulsion, thickener and film - forming additive to the performances of the coatings is discussed. The coatings, comparing to others in the same category, show excellent scrub resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance and weatherability.
