五叶草莓乙醇提取物镇痛抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察五叶草莓乙醇提取物对实验动物模型的抗炎镇痛作用。方法通过小鼠热板及扭体实验观察五叶草莓的镇痛作用;通过小鼠耳肿胀,大鼠足肿胀及大鼠棉球性肉芽肿模型观察五叶草莓的抗炎作用。结果五叶草莓乙醇提取物能显著提高小鼠热板实验中的痛阈,减少扭体次数;对小鼠耳肿胀,大鼠蛋清性足肿胀及棉球性肉芽肿均有显著抑制作用。结论五叶草莓乙醇提取物具有显著的镇痛及抗炎作用。Objective： To observe the pain - relieving and anti - inflammatory effects of alcoh extractive from quinqueleaf strawberry on experimental animal model. Methods： Observing quinqueleaf strawberry＇s pain - relieving effect through mice＇s hot plate and writhing experiment and observing its anti - inflammation effect through ear swelling of mice, foot swelling and cotton ball granuloma of rats. Results：Alcoh extractive from quinqueleaf strawberry could significantly improve the pain threshold and reduce the writhing frequency in the hot plate experiment of mice, and had a significant depressant effect on mice＇s ear swelling, rats＇ albumen foot swelling and cotton ball granuloma. Conclusion： alcoh extractive from Quinqueleaf strawberry has a significant pain- relieving and anti - inflammatory effect.
