走出传统人才观的生态误区

摘　　要：现实中的人才观(包括人才生命观、人才自然观、人才价值观、人才科技观、人才开发观等)大多是在传统的人类中心主义道德哲学观支配下的人才观,从而不同程度地造成人才与自然、人才与社会、人才与自我关系的生态错位和生态误区。走出传统人才观的生态误区,乃是当今时代的必然选择,也是落实科学发展观的根本举措。In reality talented person＇s view including talented person＇s life view, talented person＇s natural view, talented person＇s value view, talented person＇s science and technology view, development of talent view. In the reality talented person＇s view basically is in under the traditional human center principle morals philosophy idea control talented person＇s view, its varying degree creates the talented person and the nature, the talented person and social, the talented person and the self - relational ecology dislocation .
