42例高龄肺癌术后并发症的原因和对策

摘　　要：目的总结42例70岁以上老年肺癌手术治疗的经验。方法分析老年肺癌术后并发症的原因和处理方法。结果本组住院期间死亡3例,发生呼吸衰竭者18例,心律失常16例,1年生存率81.2%,3年生存率41.6%。结论生理年龄和心肺功能是影响高龄肺癌患者外科治疗的重要因素,围术期处理是手术成功的关键。Objective To summarize the experience in surgical treatment in elder patients aged over 70 years old in 42 cases of lung cancer. Methods The etiology of cardiopulmonary complications after operation in the elder patients with lung cancer and the relevant strategy of management were explored. Results In this group, the postoperative mortality was 3 cases. There were 18 cases complicated with respiratory failure, 16 with arrhythmia. The one - year survival rate was 81.2% , and 3 - year survival rate was 41.6% respctively. Conclusion Physiological age and psychologic tolerance are two important factors affecting the outeone of surgical treatment of lung cancer in the elderly. Emphasis on perioperative management assures the successful recovery after operation.
