两套管一支架管大鼠肺移植模型探讨

摘　　要：目的改善原有的大鼠左肺原位移植模型,建立一种新的更简单有效的模型。方法应用两套管一内支架管法(袖套法进行肺血管吻合,内支架法进行支气管重建)建立大鼠原位肺移植模型。结果移植后10d开胸,测左肺静脉血经血气分析显示PO2为(126.3±11.6)mm Hg,PCO2为(49.2±3.8)mm Hg,移植前后比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。显示了良好的移植肺气体交换能力。结论这种新的模型对于研究大鼠早期肺移植的相关问题,特别是供肺的保存问题,具有简单、经济、可靠的优点。Objective To improve the former cuff techniques, and discuss the two - cuff - one - stent rat lung orthotopic transplantation model. Methods Using two - cuff - one - stent tech- nique （to anastomose pulmonary arteries and veins in traditional cuff technique, and anastomose bronchi in stent technique）, to establish the orthotopic lung transplantation model in rats. Results After 10 days of operation, the checks of left lungs were almost normal, and there was no significant difference of the blood gas analysis POE （ 132.4±12. 5 ） mm Hg vs （ 126.3±11.6） mm Hg, P 〉 0. 05, PCO2 （46. 0±4. 7 ）mm Hg vs（49. 2±3.8 ）mm Hg, P 〉 0. 05 before and after transplantation from the left pulmonary vein. Conclusion This model is much more simplified, reliable and economical to use on studying lung preservation transplantation.
