地榆升白片对妇科肿瘤白细胞减少症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察地榆升白片对妇科肿瘤化疗中白细胞减少症的疗效。方法治疗组45例,口服地榆升白片,3片/次,3次/d;对照组40例,口服鲨肝醇100mg/次,3次/d。治疗前及治疗后1周查血常规,30天为1疗程,共观察2个疗程。结果治疗组使用30天及60天,总有效率分别为88.88和91.11%;对照组使用30天及60天,总有效率分别为67.50%和75.00%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组。结论地榆升白片对妇科肿瘤化疗过程中白细胞减少症有明显疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of burnet root leukopoietic tablets on leukopenia caused by chemotherapy of gynecological tumor. Methods Forty-five patients in treatment group were treated with burnet root leukopoietic tablets orally 3 times a day and 3 tablets each time. Forty patients in control group were taken batyl alcohol orally 3 times a day and 100mg each time. Blood routine examinations were carried out one week before and after the treatment. The course of treatment was 30 days, and two treatment courses were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.88%o for one course of treatment and gl. 11% for two courses of treatment~ whereas in the control group it was 67.50% and 75.00% respectively. There was marked difference between the two groups. Conclusion Marked effectiveness of burnet root leukopoietic tablets on leukopenia caused by chemotherapy of gynecological tumor has been medically verified.
