血虚证动物模型造模方法与评析

摘　　要：综述和评析20余年来血虚证动物模型造模方法。期间该模型的研发工作在持续发展,涉及到多手段、多技术。目前研究和发展趋势比较集中的是化学药物造模、γ射线造模,各造模方法比较集中的问题主要是各造模剂量、时间,以及造模后持续时间尚未确定,同时对血虚证模型的认识亦在不断深入。This paper reviewed the methods of establishing animal model of syndrome of blood deficiency in the recent twenty years. During this period the Model was evolved and developed concerning multiple methods and multiple techniques. For present research and tendency, the research of the methods of making models was concentrated on methods with chemicals and γ ray. Main problems of making model focused on uncertain dose,time and duration after model making. Meanwhile, the knowledge about model of syndrome of blood deficiency was developing. This article discussed the methods and laboratory index of model establishment.
