大鼠脑动脉环的解剖学观察

摘　　要：利用45只经墨汁乳胶混合液灌注的标本,观察大鼠的脑动脉环.观测发现:闭锁型动脉环的出现率为97.78%.其前部多数由两侧大脑前动脉及其合并而成的总前大脑动脉构成(71.11%),后部多数由后交通动脉和基底动脉末端构成(86.66%),动脉环的血管左、右对称,粗细相等者为80%,此种动脉环有利于制作脑缺血模型.The cerebral arterial circles were observed in 45 rats by intracordal injection with ink-latex The findings showed that the appearance rate of the cerebral arterial circles of closed pattern wa 97. 78 per cent. Most of the anterior parts of the circle (71. 11%) were formed by 2 bilaterall anterior cerebral arteries and their combined common anerior cerebral artery; most of the posteri or parts (86. 66%) were formed by 2 posterior communicated arteries and the end of the basila artery. In 80% of the cases, the bilateral vessels of the arterial circle were symmetrical. It is con eluded that the arterial circle may serve as the brain ischemia-reperfusion model in experimenta research.
