用Co^(60)γ射线辐射制酒用酵母菌提高酒精产量的研究

摘　　要：用Co60γ射线通过对酒精酵母菌进行不同剂量、不同次数、不同时间辐射诱变,并对结果进行测定对比,选育出形态健壮、活力旺盛、耐温耐热较强、易复壮、产酒量高的优势菌种“ZF-18”.Through using Co^60γ to radiate and change microzyme added in wine production by different dosages, times at different time, we make a comparison and measurement on the results, then choose the superior fungus of ＂ZF-18＂ which is strong, vigorous, heat ＆ cold resistant, and easy to restoration.
