摘　　要：为了解决煤矿新井投产后达产周期长和亏损的问题,铁法煤业(集团)有限责任公司大平煤矿依靠科技进步,通过对设备进行技术改造,完善生产系统,理顺生产环节,实现新矿井当年投产当年达产当年赢利。为中国煤矿新井生产提供了宝贵经验,对于推动煤炭工业技术进步和可持续发展具有重要的示范作用和参考价值。In order to solve the problem of long work cycle and losses of the new mine,Daping Coal Mine of Tiefa Coal Industry Group Company with scientific technology realizes that the new mine went into operation in those years by reforming the equipment, perfecting the production system. It provodes valuable experience for new coal mine and plays an exemplary role and reference value for promoting coal industry technology progress and sustainable development in China.
