摘 要:对滚动联轴器与滚珠联轴器性能进行了分析,当补偿轴向位移、径向位移和角偏差时,滚动联轴器的滚动体在滚道上滚动,产生很小的摩擦阻力、附加弯矩和功率损失,对设备性能的影响很小,具备使用寿命长,传动效率高,维修方便等优点。而滚珠联轴器补偿轴向位移、径向位移和角偏差时,滚珠与滚道产生滑动摩擦,滑动速度较大,同时产生很大摩擦阻力、附加弯矩和功率损失。与滚动联轴器相比,滚珠联轴器的传动效率低,容易磨损破坏,维修相对困难。Based on theory analysis of the wiling couphng and roller couphng, it is known when wiling coupling axis direction displacement, radial displacement and angle error are compensated, the rollers are rolling on the roiling path and the abrasion of roiling is slight, the friction force and the add-moment and power consume are small which will not influence the equipment performance. So the rolling coupling has such advantages as not only serves long but also has high transmission efficiency and is ease to be maintained. While the analysis on roller coupling shows that when roller coupling axis direction displacement, radial displacement and angle error are compensated, there is great shde speed between the rollers and the roiling path , the great friction force and the add-moment and power consume which easily lead to the wearing and tearing of the roller coupling are produced, thus influences equipment performance as well as increases equipment load. Compared with the rolling coupling, the roller coupling has such deficiency as easy to be worn, a low transmission efficiency and difficult to be maintained.
