摘  要:本文报道使用反向单克隆斑点酶联免疫法(Counter-McAb-Dot-ELISA)检测用布鲁氏菌感染1、3、6个月后小鼠脏器中抗原存在情况,同时分离细菌及进行血清学试验,以比较其敏感性及特异性。结果表明:Counter-McAb-Dot-ELISA三次检测抗原,阳性率分别为100.0%、80.0%及43.3%;细菌分离率为90.0%、53.3%及23.3%。经对照试验、重复试验、吻合试验等检查表明本法不但可以提示动物体内保菌情况,且比细菌检查法敏感、比血清学方法特异,还具有快速、安全等优点。Organic materials obtained from mice 1, 3 and 6 months after being infected with Brucella, respectively, were examined for the presence of Brucella antigens by counter-McAb-Dot-ELISA, combined with isolation of the bacteria and serological test in order to make a comparison between them in both sensitivity and specificity. The results obtained revealed that when counter-McAb-Dot-ELISA test was used for detection of the antigens three times, the positive rates were 100%, 80% and 43.3%, and that the rates of the bacterial isolation 90%, 53.3% and 23.3%, respectively. The controls, reproducibilities and coincidences among these methods indicated that this method (Counter-McAb-Dot-ELISA) not only could reveal the persisting status of the bacteria in animals but also were more sensitive than bacteriological methods and more specific than serological methods. Furthermore, it also may have such advantages as quickness and safety, etc.
