脑卒中后肩手综合征早期疼痛中西医康复治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中西医康复治疗对脑卒中后肩手综合征早期疼痛的临床疗效。方法对照组给予常规治疗及康复训练；中药组除给予以上治疗外,加用中药薰洗治疗。6个月后观察两组患者的临床疗效,结果进行统计学处理。结果中药组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。结论中西医康复治疗对脑卒中后肩手综合征早期疼痛的疗效显著。Objective ： To evaluate clinical healing effects of the rehabilitation of early pains from stroke shoulder - hand syndrome with TCM and Western medicine. Methods： The control group was given conventional treatment and rehabilitation. The TCM group was given fumigating and washing of TCM besides above treatments. After six months clinical effect was evaluated and the result was statistically analyzed. Results： After treatment there is obvious difference between the TCM group and the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The healing effect of the rehabilitation and treatment of early pains from stroke shoulder- hand syndrome based on TCM and Western medicine is remarkable.
