摘 要:研究了β-环糊精(简称β-CD)对两种甾体生物转化菌种蓝色犁头霉(Absidia coerulea)和分枝杆菌(Myco- bacterium sp.)生长特性的影响。采用以β-CD作为唯一碳源的固体培养法和添加有β-CD的液体培养法,分别观察菌种对β-CD的利用以及β-CD对菌体生长过程和生物量的影响。结果表明,两种菌种均不能利用β-CD;在培养液内添加不同量的β-CD或在菌体生长的不同时期添加一定量的β-CD均不影响菌种的生长特性。The effect of β-CD on the growing characteristic of steroid-biotransformation microorganism, Absidia coerulea and Mycobacterium sp. was studied. The influence of β-CD on cell growth was established by the detecting cell growth rates and cell biomass. These experiments were carried out both in liquid-state culture medium and solid-state culture medium, the latter using β-CD or glucose as the sole source of carbon. As a conclusion, β-CD can not be used as the carbon source of Absidia coerulea and Mycobacterium sp. , concentration of β-CD and time of adding β-CD neither influenced the cell growth rates and cell biomass.
