摘　　要：抑郁是情绪的一种表现形式,随着市场经济的推进和高等教育的快速发展,竞争压力的增加,使大学生的抑郁表现愈来愈突出,研究认为作为教育工作者及时发现和矫正大学生的情绪、情感非常重要。Suppression is a way to show one＇ s emotion. With the development of the market economy and higher education, and the increase of the competitive pressure, the suppressive emotion of college students becomes more and more obvious. Some researches have shown that it is important for educators to recognize and correct college students＇ emotions.
