摘　　要：针对高校普通运动队训练与管理上存在的问题,并结合高校普通运动队自身优势,提出了高校普通运动队发展的改革对策,以促使高校普通运动队找到自己的地位和出路。The article stands from the questions of the training and managing of the university non - professional sports team. Based on the advantages that the university non - professional sports team hag, it proposes a Solutions for its reform and development, so as to further consolidate and exert its role in higher education.
