摘　　要：解决大学生就业难的问题应针对供求矛盾、就业结构不合理、就业市场不完善及大学生就业观念与自身素质等方面制定相应的对策,使我们的高校毕业生能够实现充分就业。To solve the employment pressure should be some effective and pointed employment policy facing contradiction of supply and demand, irrationality of employment structure, faultiness of employment market, mistake of employment attitude and ability of college student in order to make the college students obtain the job.
