摘　　要：目的合成两种杂环类维A酸以用于新药筛选。方法分别以2,5—二甲基—2,5—己二醇为原料通过五步反应进行合成。结果得到了两种杂环类维A酸,其中一种为有潜在生理活性的新化合物。所得新化合物结构由核磁、红外及元素分析确认。结论得到的新化合物和母体化合物是生物电子等排体,在药理研究和新药筛选中有较高的价值。Objective： To synthesize two heteroretinoids for new drug screening. Methods： Target molecules were synthesized from 2,5-dichloro＇-2,5-dimethylhexane in five steps. Results： Two heteroretinoids were synthesized and one of them was a novel compound with potential biological activity. New compounds were identified through 1HNMR, IR and elemental analyses. Conclusion： The novel compound is bioisostere of the original compound and valuable in pharmacological research and new drug screening.
