摘　　要：按照分层随机抽样法，对湖南省土家族、侗族、苗族等进行了遗传病的调查。结果发现：总患病率为２１４．６３／万，男性遗传病患病率高于女性，近婚子女患病率是非近亲婚配子女的４．７倍，说明控制遗传病，提倡优生，在少数民族中亦是刻不容缓。The study of inheritance disease in Hunan minority population with stratum randomization disign 3￣10 months 1992.The author found that the prevalence rate is 214.63/10000.The inheritance disease of men is higher than woman.The prevalence rate or children in short-married is 4.7 times of no short-married.It is necessary to strengthen control of inheritance disease and to encourage eugenics.
