摘　　要：《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》的颁发,对高校干部选拔任用工作具有重要的指导意义。《条例》给高校干部聘任工作确定了总的原则和方向,认真进行干部考察是贯彻《条例》精神的基础,广开选人用人渠道是贯彻《条例》精神的前提,严格坚持选人用人原则程序是贯彻《条例》精神的根本。The issue of ＂The ordinance of the work of appointing cadres of our Party and country＂ is of great significance to the appointment and selection of cadres at universities. This ordinance defines the general principles and orientation of selecting and appointing cadres. Therefore, a careful examination of cadres is the basis, enlarging the channels of selecting and appointing cadres is the prerequisite, and strict adherence is the key to implementation of this ordinance.
