摘　　要：对马克思恩格斯法学理论内核的研究是进行马克思主义法律思想研究的必要前提。该理论内核并非明晰于马恩著述之中,而是通过其指导下形成的一系列理论判断而显示出来的。从那些理论判断中剖析出该理论内核的实质内容,认为其发端于两个理论预设并决断于对现实的思考,体现在历史唯物主义法学的基本命题之中。It is an essential prerequisite to study the core of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels＇ theory of law for the study of Marxist theory of law. However, the core of the theory was not expounded clearly in their works, but expressed through the series of theoretical judgment guided by his their theory. This article tries to analyze the essential content Of the core of the theory, holding that it originated in the presupposition of the two theories and decided by the considerations on the realty, and embodied in the basic propositions of historical materialist theory of law.
