摘  要:目的探讨近视眼角膜非球面特性及其相关因素。方法利用ALLEGRO角膜地形图仪对70例(140眼)Lasik前、后近视患者进行检测,获取角膜顶点30°偏心率(ε)和角膜非球面特性参数Q值,并对Q值与屈光度、角膜曲率和角膜直径等因素进行相关分析。结果140只眼Q值呈正态分布,平均-0.32±0.10(-0.08~-0.62)。Q值与等效球镜之间有较弱负线性相关关系,与角膜曲率、Z40、角膜散光(ΔK)均有直线相关关系。水平子午线Q值与角膜水平直径有正线性相关关系。但是Q值与性别、年龄、角膜厚度、眼压之间无相关关系。Lasik后Q值均呈正值,术后1个月的Q值分布为0~1.34,平均0.67±0.32。结论Q值在眼光学系统中不是一个独立的参数,它与眼多个因素有关,Lasik显著改变了Q值,可能会影响手术后眼视觉质量。Objective To observe the corneal asphericity and its related factors in myopic eyes. Methods To examine the eccentricity( ε ) within 30° ,vertex of cornea and the Q value of the corneal asphericity on 70 myopic patients (140 eyes) before and after LASIK by ALLEGRO topolyzer.And analyzed the relationship between Q value with refractive error, cornea curvature, cornea diameter and so on. Results The Q value distributes as positive normal distributing,the average of Q value was -0.32± 0.10(range -0.08N-0.62). Poor negative relationship was found between Q value and spherical equivalent.The Q value show line related with cornea curvature,Z4^0 and cornea astigmatism.The Q value along the horizontal meridian showed positive line related with the horizontal meridian diameter of cornea.But the Q value was not related with gender, age, cornea thickness and ocular pressure.After LASIK,the Q value was positive,and the average of Q value was 0.67 ± 0.32(range 0-1.34) after 1 month of operation. Conclusion The Q value was not an absolute parameter, it was related with many fators. The Q value was marked changed by LASIK and the change would influence the vision quality postoperation.
