摘 要:目的研究滋养细胞肿瘤中基质金属蛋白酶-2,基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-2,MMP-9)的表达,探讨MMP-2,MMP-9与滋养细胞肿瘤间的关系.方法用免疫组化SP法检测32例侵蚀性葡萄胎、16例绒毛膜癌组织中MMP-2,MMP-9的表达情况,并与临床特征相比较.结果绒毛膜癌低危组强表达率40%,高危组100%.绒毛膜癌低危组强表达率明显低于高危组(P<0.05);侵蚀性葡萄胎中化疗组MMP-2阳性表达率46%,未化疗组91%.侵蚀性葡萄胎中化疗组MMP-2阳性表达率明显低于未化疗组(P<0.05);MMP-9强表达率在各组间无统计学意义.结论MMP-2高表达与肿瘤预后密切相关,MMP-2可能作为判断滋养细胞肿瘤患者预后的参考指标.AIM: To study the relationship between the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2, matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-2, MMP-9) and the therapeutic outcome in trophoblastic tumor. METHODS: The expressions of MMP-2, MMP-9 in trophoblastic tumors including 32 invasive hydatidiform moles and 16 choriocarcinomas were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method, and the results were analyzed by referring to their clinical features. RESULTS: In high-risk cases and low-risk cases of choriocarcinoma the positive rates were 100% and 40% respectively. The positive rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 expressions in low-risk cases of choriocarcinoma were significantly lower than those in high-risk cases of choriocarcinoma (P 〈0.05). In invasive hydatidiform mole groups without chemotherapy and with chemotherapy the positive rates of MMP-2 expression were 91% and 46% respectively; the positive rates of MMP-2 expression in invasive hydatidiform mole groups with chemotherapy were significantly lower than those without chemotherapy ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of MMP-9 was not significantly different among the groups. CONCLUSION:The expression of MMP-2 was correlated to the neoplastic prognosis, The detection of MMP-2 expression may be a valuable marker for evaluating the prognosis of trophoblastic tumor.
