摘 要:目的研究经口摄入超量焦亚硫酸钠对小鼠睾丸超微结构影响及对精原细胞的致突毒性。方法雄性昆明小鼠40只,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组经口自由喂食焦亚硫酸钠,剂量分别为1%和1‰,连续10 d,后分别处死小鼠进行姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)实验,判断生殖细胞致突毒性。行超薄切片法透射电镜观察睾丸超微结构变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组精原细胞SCE频率显著增高(P<0.05)。电镜下生精细胞排列出现紊乱;细胞器变性多见。结论经口摄入超量焦亚硫酸钠对小鼠睾丸超微结构具有毒性损伤,并对雄性小鼠精原细胞具有致突性。Objective To study the mutability of ultra sodium pyrosulfite intake on ultrastructure changes and spermatogonium mice testis. Methods Forty male Kunming mice were used. Experimental group had been exposed to ultra sodium pyrosulfite by fed for 10 days, and sodium pyrosulfite's contaminated dose were 1% and 1‰. Mice were killed at 11^th day, and ultrastructure changes were observed under transmission electron microseopy(TEM) and the tests of sister chromosome exchanges(SCE) were made. Mutation of ultra sodium pyrosulfite on spermatogonium of mice testis was judged. Results Compared with control group, there was a significant increase of SCE ratio in spermatogonium of testis in experimental groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Simultaneously, evident ultrastructure changes could be found under microscope. Conclusion The mutability of ultra sodium pyrosulfite on spermatogonium of mice testis exist.
