摘 要:概述了冷轧辊的断裂、剥落、磨损3种典型失效形式的研究现状。重点介绍了辊颈断裂和辊身断裂的位置和方向、典型断口形貌特征、裂纹萌生源与原因、常见的结合层剥落和工作层浅层剥落形式的典型形貌特征及原因;总结了轧辊磨损预报模型的研究现状,并详细介绍了典型的磨损预报模型,最后展望了冷轧辊研究工作的方向。对轧辊的损伤和继续研究工作具有一定的参考价值。Three typical failure forms of cold rolls, which are fraction, spalling and abrasion, were summarized. The damaged location and direction that roll neck and work roll fracture, typical fracture macrographs, locations of crack origin and their causes were emphatically analyzed. In addition, The general macrograph characters of spalling of bonding layer and shallow working lining, and their causes were described. The present status of roll abrasion model was summarized, the typical roll spalling predicting model was introduced in more detail, and the future study on cold roll was finally prospected. It is valuable for the work of roll damage and further research.
